Service Description

Each week we will cover a different class including yoga, massage, sensory play, messy play and a baby rave! This is a great follow on from our welcome to the world session or as a way of finding out the classes we run for our babies.

Adult Yoga with Debbie from Yogalithic

​Yogalithic's sessions are inclusive, suitable for beginners and all bodies - focusing on understanding mobility in joints, building strength and helping you move better through the day. Learn techniques for managing stresses on the body and mind and put a smile into your Monday.

​

We have sessions available for adults only to give you a chance to have some time to relax. These sessions are for everyone and anyone who would like to try, grow or develop your yoga techniques.

​

We will also have sessions available where you can bring along your little ones. We know how hard it is to be able to engage in any kind of exercise with your little ones so bring them along! We will have activity trays, mats for babies and areas for feeding and changing.

​

After your session we have a lovely space to carry on the relaxation with a drink and slice of cake!
